My approach to therapy is to create a space that allows you to feel heard and connected through vulnerability, humor, and realism. I focus on identifying the current stressors and explore means of creating balance, healthy communication, and support to strengthen your feelings of self-worth and clarity. We will process your experiences, identify your areas of personal strengths, and work toward building a healthier version of you. Through this journey, you will feel empowered, confident, and rediscover who you are.

When you feel like giving up, I will stand alongside of you reminding you of your strengths, your accomplishments, and giving you the perseverance you need to continue forward. My therapuetic technique is to be raw, vulnerable, and authentic. It is rooted in empathy, compassion, and deep respect for my clients. I look to get to know the genuine you, not just the symptoms that bring you to my office. Your beauty lies within your experiences, your strengths, your weaknesses, and everything in between. Together weā€™ll use that to cultivate change, focusing on goals that are specific and attainable for you. I have a straight forward, real approach, aiming to connect on a personal level. While I am trained in several different modalities, including EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I believe in working from a whole person perspective. This allows us to not only treat your symptoms, but create ever lasting change, personal growth, and increased self-confidence.

Life is hectic, so I strive to take the guess work out, making therapy stress free and as convenient as possible. Telehealth services provide the ability to do therapy anywhere, anytime, as long as you can find a private space with good internet connection.
